Across the Tree of Life: Interactions in Ecology and Evolution

The 2018 Ecological Integration Symposium Committee invites you to attend the 19th Annual Texas A&M University Ecological Integration Symposium on April 5th and 6th at Rudder Tower and Theater at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

The Ecological Integration Symposium is an interdisciplinary, graduate student-organized and led event that unites students and renowned researchers in the themes of ecology, conservation, evolutionary biology, geography, and more.

During this FREE, two-day event we will explore ecology through the theme of Across the Tree of Life: Interactions in Ecology and Evolution. This year, plenary speaker and student presentations will be spread across both days. The symposium will close with a speaker panel and awards presentation on Friday afternoon.

We are excited to announce our 2018 plenary speakers are Dr. Caren Cooper, North Carolina State University; Dr. Tim Coulson, University of Oxford; Dr. Gretchen Hofmann, University of California, Santa Barbara; Dr. Israel del Toro, Lawrence University; Dr. Rana El-Sabaawi, University of Victoria.

Check out the EIS 2018 website for information on speakers, schedules and updates!
