The 2025 Ecological Integration Symposium Committee invites you to attend the 25th Annual Texas A&M University Ecological Integration Symposium March 20th and 21st, 2025 at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Please use this form to register for the 2025 Ecological Integration Symposium (EIS). Registration is completely free but required to attend.
Undergraduate and graduate student submissions will be accepted, as well as presentations by postdoctoral researchers. If you are interested in presenting, both the registration and abstract submission forms must be submitted no later than March 1st . Otherwise, online registration will remain open until March 16th *. *Registration will reopen on March 20th at the Registration Desk in the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center (in person only)

Oral presentations will take place throughout the day on Friday March 21st, in the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center. They will be organized in 15-minute time allotments (12 minutes for talk, 3 minutes for questions and switching rooms). Poster presentations will be held during the afternoon of March 21st at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center. Poster dimensions should not exceed 48 inches x 40 inches. Presentations will be judged and monetary awards will be distributed for the best graduate and best undergraduate student poster as well as the best graduate and best undergraduate student oral presentation. Plenary talks will be on March 20th in the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center. Student presentations and poster sessions will be on March 21st in the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center. A social gathering will follow the symposium
