Ecological Integration Symposium (EIS)

Welcome to the homepage of the Ecological Integration Symposium (EIS), an annual interdisciplinary event that brings together a diverse group of leading scientists and students from the fields of ecology, evolutionary biology, and conservation.  Please explore our current and past EIS events (see below), as well as each event’s theme, plenary speakers, planning committee, recordings of speakers, and student winners.

Celebrate 25 Years of EIS! (Ecological Integration Symposium)

2025 EIS Registration opens January 20th

The EIS symposium provides an excellent opportunity for both local and visiting students to showcase their work and engage in meaningful dialogue with the invited speakers.  Continuing the tradition of EIS since its inception in 2000, we are a graduate student-run event that is open to the public and free to attend. The organizing committee is grateful to our sponsors for their support and to the large body of faculty, students and public who have made this event possible.  For questions, comments for more information, email us at theeis.tamu@gmail.com.

Below are links to current and past EIS events.  Note some years’ pages are incomplete.
